The BlueChilli Venture Fund is an early stage venture capital limited partnership (ESVCLP) which invests funds in startups that have successfully completed the BlueChilli accelerator program and have raised angel funding.
Steven Maarbani acted on the structure, strategy and establishment of the fund.
This project required an intimate understanding of the dynamics associated with startups at various stages of their development, the processes and operations of a technology accelerator (BlueChilli) and the legal documentation necessary to integrate a dedicated venture capital fund into those processes.
